Re: $50 Apple Gift Card from Target did not give Rewards

Now EA support says they checked my account and I already received my 3685 crystals, 4M credits, 30 T6 training droids, and 330 JKA and DV shards. I said, yeah, I know. That's the rewards from the $25 gift card - NOT the $50 on. Please re-read your own promotion. I should have 2 bonus content, but the crystals should be doubled.

I don't understand how they cannot even read their own promotion - OR the info I sent 13 days ago explaining all this, with screenshots and everything.

I tried calling Apple support and they did everything they could, they even unredeemed the $50 gift card and then had me re-do it hoping it would help. They also issued me a new "bonus content code" for the game. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it SWGOH app says I've already hit the maximum for bonus content (even though I never got the $50 crystals). So Apple said basically EA system marked me as "done" for the $50 content but never added it to my account. There's nothing Apple can do now - it's an developer issue and they should be able to easily see that I redeemed a $50 card with content but the content was not added to my account.
