To generate a help ticket from in game,
- Load up the game and get past the tutorial.
- Locate the ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen
- Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site.
If you can’t log into the game, use the following link to get started: STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes - Create a Help Ticket and have your Player ID / Ally Code so the agents can find your account. Once they can find the account, they'll do their best to help you out with this from there.
