@CG_MindTricks I was affected by the outage as well and never received compensation. I was able to use my old phone (which I didn’t discover until much later) and even then I could only log in intermittently. I usually login on an I phone XS and logged on using an iPhone 7 that barely functioned and only while on WiFi.
