Re: Can’t reach anyone for help

Whenever I try to submit a help ticket, it gets stuck on the screen telling no to go anywhere the ticket is being generated.  Hours later no change.  I guess I just need to sit around and wait for chat to become available?  Time is valuable and it should be easy to submit my information to get help, but it isn't. Yesterday I purchased 5 shards for Darth Malak, promoted him, FINALLY!, to 7 stars, then I was forced to restart to client.  When I did, my Darth Malak was back at 6 stars, I no longer had enough currency to buy 5 shards.

THIS HAS BEEN A COLOSSAL WASTE OF MY TIME, TRYING TO GET THIS RECTIFIED!!?!?!  I AM LITERALLY ABOUT TO QUIT THE GAME FOR GOOD!

You can see bottom in the first 2 screenshots that my guild was notified that I promoted Malak.  My guild leader even congratulated me. The third screenshot shows Malak back at 6 stars.

PLEASE send me 5 Malak shards or enough currency to buy 5 shards!

    I assume so, because it's in a guild with another player named Wookiee Johnson, and you have a DM window open with Blacksaber - both of whom are also guild members in Rebellious Rebels.

    I'm confused as to how you lost 5 Malak shards last week, when swgoh has logged you with a g13 Malak for over a month now.
