Re: Can't access account, because Google account is gone

@MrBlackPantherrrDo you have the Player ID? If you have it, you can write to EA Support and request a link to another mail, will be needed some lvl 6 account or some account that you don't care to replace and the Player ID or Ally Codes of both accounts, but the lvl 85 account will be needed the Player ID at least also. With it you will be able to recover the account. If you had the account linked to swgoh.gg there you can check the player ID also if you activated the syncronization.

Here is where you need send the Player ID and Ally Code of the Old Account, and the Ally Code (or Player ID) of the New Account (You need make one account lvl 6 at least to check the ally code). The process will delay 48-72 hours to receive the first answer and maybe they ask something to confirm it before finish the link:

If you had the account linked to Facebook also you can link it directly in your guest account and then from the guest account, with a new mail which never played the game, join in the new mail (when the old account already is linked to the guest account) and when ask "Start a new game" or "Continue game" press on "Continue game" and the Old account will be linked to the new mail.

  • @QuimSWGoH I have done this 7 different times now and every single time they say "there's no way to link your swgoh account to a new Gmail". My old Gmail that is currently linked to my galaxy of heroes account is deleted, it's still possible to relink it right?

@MrBlackPantherrr  If you not have it connected to Facebook, then is not possible if EA Support not help you. If EA Support not want help you then maybe you can write a topic in the General SWGoH EA Forum, but probably they will say you talk with EA Support. If you had Facebook connected then is very easy recover the account. If not, only EA Support can help you, or talk with Google to recover the Gmail account.

Also you can tell a different story in the support ticket and maybe they accept it, tell that you are now using a different device and you want transfer it to another platform, if you have Android then say is a iOS transfer, if you have iOS say is a Android transfer, if you have some device with the other platform then connect on Facebook when is done the link and link it to another mail as I said. Maybe they help you by this way, but as already you can link by yourself the account probably they will not understand why you not do it, you can tell that you not have access anymore to that device, that you had it linked to your device ID, instead of say that you had it linked to a Gmail account, and then they will understand that you not have access to that device ID because you are using a new device. Also you can say is the same platform device, to save 1 step lol Try to tell another story where is not included the Gmail story. Are several employers who manage it, so probably they will not remember your initial story lol
