@JPFinster Hi thanks for the report! This is not a bug, it's designed this way as part of SLKR's unique skill "press the advantage."
Whenever a dark side ally gains turn meter, their Max health and protection is reduced by 10%.
Two of Hux's abilities give him bonus turn meter, plus as a support character, slkr leadership gives him turn meter whenever he gains advantage. This adds up quickly and is the reason you see him so weakened.
