Came across this via Trello and noted this was listed has having only been seen once. I actually can provide a second case for this. I had and still have this problem on my account - have a 6* Ahsoka but am stuck on the quest to “Promote Ashoka Tano to 2 stars”.

For some reason, the promotion quest for Ahsoka Tano (Promote Ahsoka Tano to 2 stars) cannot be completed, despite already having this character at 7 stars already. I believe i had Ahsoka Tano at 7 stars before that quest was added into the game.

I have the same issue! My Ahsoka Tano is 7 stars but the quest remains unsolved, unfortunately. Hasn't been resolved after more than 2 years 😩
