Re: Conquest Bug

Same. I, with what sounds like many players, buy the $9.99 basic conquest pass. I need the time with all 50 Crystal refreshes to make it though all 5 sectors and get a decent crate for rewards. The bug not letting progress happen has interrupted the process, making it harder to finish everything.

Recommendation to atone for the issue/resource and time loss…free upgrade to conquest Pass Plus with purchase of the basic pass. I know you were working on getting players to that level. Perhaps a free taste of it will increase future sales as well as an apology for the issue. I would also do a blanket sorry package of a few crystals to cover everyone.
