The rebooking of the overpayment can wait. but I need the Pass working in my account.

I also had two chats with EA Help about the ticket. The first one yesterday was absolutely unhelpful.
Today again for almost an hour. At least I had the feeling that the problem was understood.
But the conclusion was that I should wait and see.What bothers me is that I can't use the Pass+ and the benefits.
That the repayment of the multiple and overpayment then takes time is OK.
But not having the benefits of the pass is bad.I have now paid for the Pass three times and can't use it.
Plus hours in the chat, which is really annoying.I then sent an email to EA Help.
But the only response I got from the provider was that the EA mail server was full and couldn't accept any more mails. ☹️
