    @EA_Gunner Can you please also take Care of my mysterium please.

    The rebooking of the overpayment can wait. but I need the Pass working in my account.

    I also had two chats with EA Help about the ticket. The first one yesterday was absolutely unhelpful.
    Today again for almost an hour. At least I had the feeling that the problem was understood.
    But the conclusion was that I should wait and see.

    What bothers me is that I can't use the Pass+ and the benefits.


    That the repayment of the multiple and overpayment then takes time is OK.
    But not having the benefits of the pass is bad.

    I have now paid for the Pass three times and can't use it.
    Plus hours in the chat, which is really annoying.

    I then sent an email to EA Help.
    But the only response I got from the provider was that the EA mail server was full and couldn't accept any more mails. ☹️
