We have checked for the last 10 days. You have received Guild Rewards for 7 of the last 10 days.
You did not receive the Guild Rewards for Thursday, Wednesday and the previous Wednesday. Please ensure that you are completing the correct activities per day so you gain these rewards in the future.
Thank you for the fast response. I can say for certain I completed everything and then some for this week. It seems that when I surpass the 600 mark is when I am not receiving my rewards. How can this be? Are you able to verify what was not complete on your end? Is it possible for retro payouts?
- @f6s4bppo7qyq The 600 tickets has nothing to do with guild activities. They are a separate thing.
For example, if you are not farming any Hard Nodes (Hard node battles are the Wednesday guild activity depending on when your reset time is), you won't contribute to that guild activity and will be ineligible for the guild tokens. Sorry I’m a bit confused. All the challenges, light/dark nodes, fleet, arena, etc we’re all complete. As in all the daily activity we are to complete was complete. Is this what you are referring to? Or is there something outside of what the game resets to each day that is being tracked but not visible?
@f6s4bppo7qyq It is different. On the "Guild Activities" screen the second item on the list is the Guild Activity for that day.
You can see on my screenshot below, for the next 21 hours and 50 minutes the Guild Activity is Dark Side battles. All members contribute towards this, and the more DS battles they do, the more tiers they complete and the greater the guild tokens received when it changes. Players receive higher tokens the more they contribute, and if someone does no Dark Side battles before the activity changes they will receive no currency.
If you are consistently missing currency on a certain day it sounds like you are not contributing towards the activity. Everything I'm currently working on is on Light Side nodes, but I simmed a couple of Dark Side nodes earlier to make sure I get some tokens.
