The 15 missing shards should be in your inbox in-game now.
PS: You can always get in touch with our Customer Support for any missing items, rewards, purchases, etc. They should be able to help.
I tried but they said I had already received the rewards when I hadn't and I ended up going back and forth with them for almost a week till I came here, I believe the rewards for tier 2 is 25 shards and I only received 15 in my inbox however if thats enough to do the last endurance missions without being 10 shards short then I'm happy with it. I appreciate the quick support.
