I am sorry to hear that.
We had an Issue in the past with error Code 9.0 which has already been fixed by the studio.
Please do the following as it resolved this issue for the affected players from a year ago:
1. make sure your account is connected to Google Play
2. uninstall
3. make sure you have a strong WiFi (error code 9.0 doesn’t necessarily mean that you have a bad WiFi, but the message may have been caused by it in combination with other circumstances. Furthermore you have to have a strong WiFi for step 4., so it‘s better to check if everything is working the way it should)
4. reinstall (SWGoH will try to download all assets, don’t interrupt it!)
If this problem still occurs after you have done the suggested steps, please let us know.
