Re: Finalizer vs Executor

I find the dodge rate against the AI to be buggy at the best of times. The rng is ridiculous because most battles I am capable of taking a specific turn order. Then I have days where my ships don't even get to take their set turn order. You throw in an impossible dodge or 2 from the AI ships and it's game over.

It's as if they get a guaranteed dodge because the AI decided it. Not because the enemy ship has the ability to dodge once per round.

IMHO the dodge they get (hereinafter "cheat") reflects another set of parameters in the background, and the game gives itself a dodge to make those other factors work; have you noticed that the cheat is cyclical, that it will come and go? I think it's engineered so that players get cycled through periods of better and worse RNG results so that the game is less rock scissors paper, but when programming this into fleets they just threw up their hands and gave the AI dodge superpowers
