ztaylorjohnson is correct. What you are seeing is the result of Geonosian Spy's Starfighter reinforcement ability: Repulsor Array - Ruse:
"Enter Battle: Grant Taunt to target enemy and other random enemy without Taunt for 2 turns, which can't be resisted."

Players using Geo Spy as a reinforcement can get around tanks like Biggs or Hound Tooth. This taunt counts as a debuff inflicted by the enemy team, which is why it shows up as a red icon. This is working as intended.
