Re: Game freezing bug on android

@EA_HighCommandNot OP, but I can confirm it happens on Samsung Galaxy S4, Galaxy S5 Neo, Google Pixel 2, Amazon Fire HD8 (2019 and 2020 releases), Fire HD10 (2020 release), and Samsung Galaxy Tab S3. I have the exact same issue across all my devices.

Also not OP but I've seen this on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and my Samsung Galaxy S21.

same on bluestacks, sony xperia z5, sony xperia 10 II

and same here on bluestacks. Tried with nox and it happened too.
it was not happening during a fight, only when I was navigating along tables or hen I was just touch anything for a time.

Tonight it happened during the wat mission so great.... no wat shards for me !!

@EA_HighCommand  It happens on my Realmi 7 Pro with Android 11 since the 17th November update too

I've seen other people do this, so I'd like to report this bug showing up on Motorola Moto G4 Play as well, happens almost every time I open the game, especially when looking at the chat, on raids and character journeys, for the last two usually during animations, but happens during battles on occasion. I have almost missed getting rewards on raids several times, most recently just yesterday, where the game froze twice while loading the raid battle. Every time the only thing I can do is reload the game, which is time-consuming and all-around annoying. I've also seen several people complaining about this on the Google Play Store reviews, which is how I knew the issue wasn't with my phone being old.

seriously have to do something, i don't count anymore the amount of freezes during battles, arena, fleet arena. Already lost wat shards now it is gonna be crystals...
I even am afraid to do the TW fights because of it...

How weird; not a single person in my guild has reported having this problem. I'm really sorry! Best of luck, and hopefully they'll get it fixed for you ASAP!
