We've checked your account and confirmed that you have a 3 star Xanadu Blood ship.
Is it missing on Bluestacks or on your "normal" device? (Please keep in mind, that we do not support emulators).
It works fine on BlueStacks, The ship does not show up on my Android phone. And if I wanted to buy the upgrade package it won't let me the game freezes. And now game is stuck loading Canteen screen. I don't like to use BlueStacks but it's the only way I can get the game to work. If you look at the screen shot that I sent. Cad bane doesn't have his ship. I tried my account on 2 other devices and it does not work.
EA QV TeamYeah, the screenshot is missing the ship completely, which is indicating that it is an old game file.
Can you clear the cache on your device and check if there is an update available for it as well as reinstalling again, please? Thank you!
