Contacted support yet again as advised, same reply!

"I would suggest you wait for sometimes as issue is still under review."

This is ridiculous, my first GL and I'm close to SEE Ult and this is messing me up, it's a long, long grind to get this far and now you suck any enjoyment out of it

I successfully completed it this morning. But am still missing 140 dark side shards from 2 unsuccessful attempts. Support is less responsive now.
