This is strange, I see messages in action list about successfully completed mission, so this data was on server. What period was checked? Stage 3 and 4? Because missions was completed at stage 3, but stars on that territory was taken on stage 4. And when should we get shard in this situation? After finishing both stages if there was peoples who completed it at stage 3 and 4 or one time?

We have another look right now.
This just happened to our guild as well. 11 members completed the Special Mission but we did not recieve any shards. A fellow officer submitted a ticket & apparently Customer Support only believe it to be a single member problem. But not one person got shards. There is no way to take a screen shot as there is 0 way to review Territory War

Again, my guild completed the mission yet no one received the rewards.
My guild received partial rewards. Based on member recall, we believe 9 of us completed the Wat mission. Everyone who completed the Wat mission during Phase 3 (when both Wat and Acklay were open for us) did not generate a reward, and we're fairly sure we didn't get GEC Mk.II for our 2-3 members who beat the Acklay mission either. Everyone who completed Wat during Phase 4, after we'd closed the Acklay territory, did earn rewards for the guild.
