Re: Guild Disbanded after TB bug

Hi @n0bird and thank you for the report.

If the guild was disbanded before you claimed the rewards, they are, unfortunately, unrecoverable. This is actually working as designed and not a bug.

@EA_HighCommand there are frequently reports of people in this situation, where they are kicked from guilds after the end of a TB or raid, but they don't receive the rewards.

It seems the game generates the reward email the first time the player logs in after the event ends...not at the moment the event ends. Would it be possible to re-engineer that so the rewards are delivered to inboxes at the end of the event?

Is that something that should go on the Feedback forum? 🙂

Seems like it would just be the DECENT HUMAN thing to do to make sure someone who participated in all phases of the territory wars got their rewards.... shouldn't matter how much 'attention' or 'grumbling' or 'whining' is done. It's the right thing to do, the right customer service things to do, and the decent thing to keep people from getting trolled.
That's like CG_Carrie talking about numbers, guild engagement, and resources.... and people were just like - the STR ain't fun, don't you get it? You have 60 pages of people telling you it's not fun. OMG.
Anyways - after these 4-5 posts just now - I see why I haven't logged into answers.ea in months.... see y'all in August I guess.
