Re: I've crafted a piece of G12+ gear by mistake, urgent help is needed.

This has been the worst support I ever faced.

I have tried to create a case, and no one is able to help, in the end they point to this forum and no one helps.

Wasted weeks on this for what? nothing.
Is there active support? No

Do they reply on hard cases? No.

Have they seen this post? yes, but no reaction because it's to difficult?

    @OMGatito79 Hi and sorry for the delay. This "Technical issues" board sees very little traffic.

    This type of issue isn't a technical issue or a bug. You selected the wrong piece of gear. In some situations, customer service may be willing to reimburse you for the piece, but it's not a guarantee.

    With rare pieces of gear like that, I urge caution when crafting. Good luck!

    I'm tired of this situation, even support agents don't know the game! Script in front of their noses and no knowledge about the game.

    I give up with this sh*t.
