Re: Krayt Dragon personal reward track showing up as claimed

I have the exact same bug today. I changed guild while a krayt raid was on going, and I had scored in this raid and got personal track rewards. But as I quit the guild before raid ended I did not get collective rewards (somehow logical).

The new guild I joined had also a krayt launched that I could not join. Normal.

But now a new raid was launched today, I could join and compete. I scored 1M with my first team and could not collect anything on the personal track. It is claimed as already collected which is not the case.

It may be a bug whe' we switch guild while a raid is live?

I have the same issue.

Changed my guild during Krayt Raid and in that raid i recierved all my rewards included the 2,2 Mio Rewards.
My new guild started the krayt raid 49 hours after i join the new guild.
And there i made 1 attepmt with 1,2 Million Points.
But you can see on the screenshot it says i received y rewards till 2,2 Million Points already. But thats not possible.

At the Bottom there es the information that i have done 1,2 Million Points. Next Milesstone would be in 500 TSD Points. So at 1,7 Million Points.
But on the reward track you can see that i should received the 1,7 Million reawards allready.

Although I haven't received any rewards yet.

Will check out this scenario. Looks like it saved your previous results and applied them to your new guild.

I am having the same issue.  Moved guilds on Sunday. Finally getting to participate in raid after the cool off period between moving guilds. No personal rewards. 
My ally code is 221-689-151.

if it helps the testing for a solution 2 others in my guild have the same issue. 515-864-142 & 331-776-244

i assume CG will send us the rewards at some point in the future to our inbox?

Did they? I know they didn’t fix it, because I have the same issue today. Did u get rewards? Did u put in a ticket?
