Hi all, we recently had an update to address underage accounts. If you are experiencing these issues in game, it means that your account is underage.
If you are not underage, but have selected the wrong date of birth when you first started playing the game, please check out the instructions on how to contact our customer support team to get this corrected. The instructions are listed in this post under "Changes" and steps are under the Spoiler tag:

Thank you and happy holidays! i have the same problem and the support tells me, that there is no technical option to solve this Problem. Are you guys kidding me? You patch something in and mess it up. i payed several tousand euro in this game and i expect help!
- GladOS-0136 years agoHero (Retired)@AcidExperience Ask for another customer service rep. Insist there is a solution and ask for their manager of they still tell you no. The studio has given players specific directions to contact customer support - don't let someone tell you otherwise.
Thanks mate, i allready wrote a new email with the forum thread pictured. Lets see what they this time try to tell me.
