Re: Purchased LSB, but missing the LSB content

Are you guys for real, we’re all still waiting for our purchases. For me it’s been a week now!!! If it’s not there tomorrow, I’ll call my bank and get the money back, I’ve had it!!! Read what we are telling you for a week now! We can’t get help from the ingame bot! Do your job and talk to the community who is at the moment being scammed! How is ignoring the community community management? EA_Lanna​

    Yeah, I'm still having the same issue. I reached out through EA Help as suggested and got through to a person who told me "the team is looking into it" a week ago now and hasn't replied to any request for follow-up since and hasn't closed the chat, so I can't even start a new one up to make sure this isn't something that's been forgotten. 

    I get that it's probably a rather complex issue with how many people have been affected, but it really is unfortunate how poorly this has been handled.

    had the same problem with a  Dr Aphra bundle ... EA support have not resolved it after six months. This really needs sorting

    Having exactly the same issue!

    I purchased the C3P0, Leia, R2 and Hoth bundles but only received the C3P0 and Leia bundles. Not sure if it was due to purchasing them through the web store or what? I can still see the ones I didn’t receive in the web store.  I tried restoring purchases but to no avail and I have definitely been charged (I have proof from bank) Don’t know what to do now?? I’ve contacted EA help (submitted a ticket) and tried the live chat, who were unable to help, telling me to use in-game help (which is just directing me to FAQs). I’ve emailed mailto:[edit: email address removed] directly and am waiting for a response. I just want the content that I paid for… and I assume everyone here is exactly the same!
