I am sorry, but the rewards are lost ☹️.

The rewards are generated after a TB has ended. The next time the player starts the app his rewards are in his inbox. But if you get removed from your guild before you have logged in again (after the TB has ended) you won’t receive anything, because the moment you log in the system tries to find your guild result but is unable to and therefore thinks you haven’t participated in a TB.

yeah so I am asking for a check up.
I think the support may could grand the reward.
I have participated in the TB and the proof is in the Database.

@Initscho Participation isn't enough. You have to be in the Guild when you log in after it ends, or else you're not eligible.

There have been several posts in the feedback forum over the years, asking EA to change this policy, but they never get more than a couple additional players who seem interested in this improvement.

Nobody seems interested until they get burned. ☹️

Bu I suppose the support can check the files.

@Initscho they can, but you not getting rewards because you were kicked is "working as intended."

That's what I was told when I reported it as a bug years ago, to try and change this exact scenario. If the game is working as intended, they won't just give you an entire TB worth of rewards.

Unfortunately, my only advice is to find a less ... mercurial... guild, one that won’t randomly kick you.
