I've already tried to go that route and it usually took 36+ hours each time to get a reply. They also said they're not able to give shards or characters, but I've seen people be sent shards on these forums.

@AshhStarWars is correct; our Customer Support should usually be the first to contact for any missing items, rewards, etc. Since you did that already, I went ahead and granted you the missing 10 shards for the Endurance so that you can unlock that Capital Ship now.
