Had the same issues. Did not solve for me after force-closing the app and restarting. It only worked out for me the 2nd January when my battery power was low and the phone shut down. After rebooting my mobile I could claim the first day login reward but missed out on the 2nd day reward. Now I won't be able to collect the final Zeta.

I wrote a ticket to EA help and called the hotline. They couldn't do anything.
