Hi @e_abbiemor54,

We've checked your account, and you did not lose any shards for Ahsoka Tano or Old Ben. Before the update, you had 10 Ahsoka shards (10 are needed to unlock her at 1 star) and 28 shards for Old Ben (50 are needed to unlock and upgrade him to 3 stars). As for Jedi Knight Anakin, you had 0 shards before the update, according to our logs, so you didn't lose any for him, from what we can tell. For those characters, you've technically gained shards, so everything appears to be in order.

@EA_HighCommand For Old Ben I would’ve liked to have kept those 28 shards because then it means I have less shard to collect to upgrade him in the future. I am confused as to why it says I had 0 shards for anakin as I recall a few days ago I was completing battles to collect shards for him and I collected a few. Are you sure there wasn’t a mistake? I’m only frustrated because I spent time repeating battles to collect those shards. Even if I hadn’t spent that time collecting them, I would have received those characters anyway so I only feel like collecting the shards before was a wasted amount of time now that the ones I collected have disappeared.

Hi @e_abbiemor54,

The first shards for Anakin you've collected on May 5th which was after the update. I get where you are coming from, but that was the same for every player that started their account before the update on May, 4th.
