You need to contact EA Help. We are not dealing with missing purchases on AHQ.

Well, so much for that then. Thanks, anyway.

Edit: I see an "accept solution" button which I won't click because it seems there is literally is no solution to my problem. EA Help is what I've been trying to navigate unsuccessfully for the past week.
