Re: No access via wifi

@EA_Arrenai android device. Problem seems to be that it takes far too long to load the game. After leaving my device hanging in the "checking for updates" screen for 5-10 minutes, it finally logged in. I could play the game normaly till i closed it. Then it was back to "checking for updates" for 10 mins.

Hey there, @xKissCriSiS. Thanks for the information.

I know it was previously recommended to reboot your router, but let's try restarting the WiFi service on your device to see if it helps improve things.

    1. Open the settings app (usually looks like a cogwheel).

    2. Head to Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.

    3. Turn Wi-Fi off, wait a minute, and then on your Wi-Fi again.

    4. Make sure you are reconnected to the correct network.

Please try reconnecting at that time to see if the time to connect improves.

If you're still having difficulty with it, we can try a few more troubleshooting steps. Please let me know how it goes.
