The version of Android: 7.1 to 9.0 using the Genymotion emulator (downloadable here: https://www.genymotion.com/fun-zone/) This is our preferred emulator for running the game. Community ManagerHi @Axs2347Sxa6823, if this issue with updating cropped up recently I suspect something in the recent update may have been incompatible with the emulator. I'm afraid we don't test updates against emulators or provide support for emulators though. You would need to reach out to the Genymotion support team directly for guidance and help troubleshooting this.
