Re: Razor Crest is reducing cooldowns of ships that haven't reinforced yet

Yeah, I thought it was both, but for some reason I thought S1 only got cooldown reset from the locked breach. But I guess it's just breach and it usually doesn't happen that every ship is breached without the executor contract.
