Re: Received Crystals Instead of LSB

I purchased the Darth Malgus LSB from the website on my phone. Payment did go through, however I only received crystals and not the character. Please rectify or refund.

I am unable to open up a proper case ingame, as when prompted to input an order number, the system is expecting me to have a Google Playstore ordernumber starting with GPA, I purchased my bundle however on the webstore and did not get a GPS order number, but a 13 digit, all numerical order number. I am also unable to backtrack my conversation with the system to try different options.
Please advise
