Re: Recourse for missing button bug?

I get that it's know and it happens, but it's unavoidable and unpreventable. Oftentimes none of the "tricks" to correct it work. I'm asking what is the recourse when I've spent money on crystals for refreshes on a time limited event like Conquest. There should be some mechanism to get the energy back.
