Re: Sion taunting on toon's turn without fear debuff.
This happens with Rey (Jedi Training) when she has the Virtuous Protector Zeta ability. The sequence of events you're seeing is this:
1. RJT begins her turn with pain.
2. Sion gains Taunt, because RJT had pain.
3. Nihilus' zeta "Lord of Suffering" ability applies Health Down to RJT.
4. RJT's zeta Virtuous Protector removes all debuffs.
Because this all happens almost instantly, it looks to you like RJT has no debuffs, so Sion shouldn't be taunting, but Sion actually gained the taunt before RJT removed Pain.
