    I am missing 50 shards not 45 from the event so I still need 5 more. I did receive them in my inbox though.

    Since each tier is meant to give 50 I hope I can receive the other 5 when you can.

    You were correct, each tier does reward 50 shards; sorry about that. 5 GAS shards should also be in your inbox in-game now.

    @EA_HighCommand I'm honestly surprised at how long it takes to get things resolved when dealing with in-game support as opposed to making a forum post. Took one day to resolve it here versus 3 days of back and forth with in-game support. It's equally surprising that players don't get compensated crystals like this for the frustration of the situation, it seems crazy to me that after grinding through such a difficult legendary event as General Skywalker's it's 4 days before I can receive what I earned after that trouble with nothing else for the frustration. I know it's a similar situation for others as well where it can take a while just to solve an issue and there's nothing to compensate for their frustration and it genuinely confuses me. I at the least appreciate your response being fast.

    I can understand your frustration on the subject, and our support should be in a position to compensate you once your issue is resolved. As part of the QV team, we are usually not involved in missing item reports, but of course, always take the liberty to help a player who didn't get their issue resolved via support. That is the least we can do for you. Keep in mind that we are monitoring this section of AHQ only during our working hours, whilst our Customer Support is available 24/7.
