Yea I'm unable to get past splash screen. Tried restarting phone, reinstalling app, Wi-Fi and cell data.

Same, game won't load on Android phone nor Tablet, tried clearing cache, data, then reinstalling game. no go, missed both payouts and bonus energy.

Me as well. iPhone 8.

What’s more interesting is that I made a new account a second ago and could log on just fine. However my normal account won’t load.

Same here. Lost all access, it just sits at loading cantina.
No idea on the ally code, since I can't get in to check.
