Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having this trouble.
This appears that your account has always been a guest (local save) account and that the DOB was entered perhaps incorrectly at the time of set up which prevents "Facebook" or "Google Play" store linking.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to alter any DOB on the account however we may be able to link your Guest account with a Google Play account to ensure that your data will be stored in the cloud.

To do this we will need you to contact our Dedicated Mobile Team from within the game, simply by following the below article.
