There should be two opportunities within a 12 month period to adjust your payout timeout slot from your account (How to change your reward payout time). If you've used both of those, the support team can't help adjust to a new timeslot as they can't add a third timeslot change. At most what they can do if you meet the criteria for it is to revert the time change to the previous one, one time. It sounds like you've had that performed already.

Truthfully, I don't believe the support team have the ability to revert that a second time but you're best bet to find that out would be to get in touch with them directly and they'd verify that for you.
