Re: Umable to log into after EA connect

EA Help asked me to create a new account and link it to Gamecenter, I presume in some kind of attempt to get my old account back. But that was days ago, it routinely takes days to hear anything back in game

Do you know if they have the ability to restore an old account? The information is still in game, but it no longer appears on the swgoh.gg website 

@EA_Gunner Thank you for always getting back to me in a timely manner. I’ve been on the in game help chat for the last 5 days, and in the course of that time I’ve spoken to 5 different people, most of whom post a link directing me to faqs I’ve looked at many times. My essential issue is this. I linked 2 different SWGOH game accounts to 2 different EA accounts. One of them works perfectly, while the other, as far as I can tell, was taken out of my control for no reason anyone can tell me. Now, I can’t even access the EA account associated with the lost game account, it’s like it was never there. 2 days ago, someone on the chat line asked me to create a new game account and link it to Gamecenter, so I did so and posted the new account name. The next day, someone different asked me to provide proof of purchase for packs I had bought in game, which gave me some hope, so I posted the required screenshots. Today, someone else posted an entirely irrelevant link about EA sports accounts, so it feels like I’m back to square one. My lost account is still in a server somewhere, I can see it when I look for it in game, toons mods DCs, everything. How do I get it back? How can I talk to somebody who would know?
