Sorry to hear that didn't help. The only other thing that you can do is to try to connect to a different Wi-Fi as the error you mentioned above only occurs when there are connectivity issues. If you create a help ticket from in game, our customer support team can help you with further connectivity troubleshooting.

There aren’t connectivity issues. I didn’t know what else to select. This happens on various WiFi connections and mobile connections. Every other aspect of the game, I can connect with no issue.
