Re: Unable to log in (Google Play)

I am frustrated. I've had this "session expired" notification mid battle (see pic) about 8 times in the last 4 days. I'm signed out and asked to reload. It's cost me conquest energy and TB CMs

Things I have done to resolve that haven't worked:

Cleared data, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared Google play cache and reinstalled that. My account is attached to a secure Google

Account (2fa), no Facebook connection, and I only play on this phone and I don't have hot utils. 

I'm hoping it's a server issue, unless I've been hacked although haven't seen any sort of evidence yet.

Bringing this forward in 2022 because it continues to demoralize players. Please help because it's happening too much and I'm losing crystals and energy. I haven't signed on much because I just can't keep losing battles.

    Hello there @n39m758q6qu7 

    If it's a case of hacking, you would notice when loging back in. Energy spent, arena teams comps and so on.

    iOS had a similar problem, so it's certainly not impossible for an android phone to have similar issues. If this is the case, it's a server problem.

    It's also possible that your wifi signal was interrupted somehow or that you had a bad connection.

    Hey! I appreciate the response. I've been leaning towards your advice as the answer to this issue because it makes the most sense right now. I'll keep monitoring it. I downloaded the app on a different device and it's been quiet since.

    I'm having the exact same issue. EA Help in game was not exactly helpful, they sent me here. Someone is inside my game and claims I hacked him, lol. He sold ALL my mods and spent all my crystals. Help.

    Yea i have a Samsung S23, can't do a thing. Surely this has something to do with patches for making the jar jar event an anytime event. I've never had anything like this happen to me before and I've played since the game came out and I'm about done with how it's run and taken care of anymore

    I got same error session has expired account login in other account reload option still nothing I even reinstalled the game cleared cache still nothing

    So got mine to work. I did the following.  1) started as guest 2) selected settings, then Connect. 3) used EA instead of Google play. 4) once EA was connected, still couldn't get in but the key here is to connect your EA account 5) I closed game and restarted. 6) Then selected settings 7) selected Import Account 8) selected my now connected EA account 9) Got error message 10) Closed and restarted game and now have my account again.

    I hope this works for you.

    It worked up to the point of the select import account. After that it still wanted me to logon via my Google Play which does not work. EA should do a full reset of their servers and so should Google.

    Getting this error issue for the first time (android/google user).  Made my way to the boards here for some help.  Have tried every way suggested but still locked out.  Is this just an EA/capital issue at this point?

    Same for me right now. Changed my passwords just in case but I still can't log on. We're in setup for a TW and I can't set teams for my guild because of this

    Leave it to EA that you can login to their store without issue, but heaven knows when you can play the actual game

    Galaxy A15 here. Same problem as of this morning. I can logon no problem on my laptop, but not on my mobile. Looks like a lot of the current issues are Samsung based?

    This solution did not work for me. Just takes me rigjt back the the endless reload loop
