Re: Unable to log in (Google Play)

Reposting this bevause it just worked for me.

Sign out of Google Play.

Load the game as a guest account.

You might need to complete the onboarding tutorial.

Once completed, go to settings > connect > Import account

Use your email address and complete account owner verification.

It should reboot the game and load your account.

    Sadly it does not work. Tried it 4 times. This is an EA issue at their end. EA should really get their act together because it is starting to **bleep** hundreds of people off.

    Worked for me in a simpler way. 

    I logged out of the Play store on my browser (in a Mac).

    Then started up the game on my Android, logged in as a guest. And it brought up my normal profile. 

    Buggy 🤔

    Worked for me too, thank you! Pretty ridiculous that's what works. This was after multiple attempts to uninstall and reinstall app, clear cache, clear data, etc.

    Works to get me in as a workaround. Many thanks. But it isn't the solution. I have many guildmates who are missing from the game at the moment, so unless they look at the forums or our discord we won't get everyone back in.

    No idea why this has been marked as solved as it's not a fix but a downright shifty work around that bypasses the Google play privacy and data protection agreements and also issues not working for many who just encounter different errors or issues.

    Please actually fix the issue before marking a thread as being solved when in many cases it's not. smh.

    And yes I'm one of the many for whom this "fix" doesn't resolve the issue...

    I have done this...now when I go switch from account to another...it will not import the other account to login. It now just stays in on the account I'm trying log off from

    Tried this, all i got was Error Code: 9.0 when i tried "Import Account"
