This AI customer support just isn’t cutting it. It’s time to get off your **bleep** and start helping your customers log back in to the game.CG_Meathead time to put down the bong for 5 seconds and address this issue. Can you at least find one employee at CG or EA with half a brain cell to give an update as to why our guild and many others can’t get into the game for WEEKS. I know it’s tough to be an adult but sometimes you got to suck it up and WORK. Hit pause on releasing generic skins and get players back in the game. FIX YOUR GAME

If EA can't fix this without me jumping through hoops, I'm done with this game. Been playing it since it started. Better be one hell of a "gift" for the inconvenience.
