The problem is not that I can't open the game, the problem is that I don't have the right account associated. To be able to make a ticket, I had to create a new account.

We can't help with account linking issues over the forums. If the instructions in this article don't help, you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the "Contact us" button to open a case.

Thank you, I have already contacted them, that's what I was saying, they cannot intervene on mobile apps and they send me back to the game and make a ticket which no one responds to :)

They should respond to the ticket you make within the game. It could take a day or 2 though and make sure your email is correct. Also, check any spam/junk or other/Promotions tabs in case the email ended up there.

I'm totally fed up with your support since August 30th I've been trying to recover my account and nothing is happening it's been 15 days now. I'm being bounced between game support and mobile support. So much time and money spent on this game only to find myself with nothing after 7 years.
