Hello everyone.

Recently, there was a campaign for completing bosses in conquest. At the end of the promotion, they were supposed to give out character fragments, which I never received. I would like to understand this issue.

game not loading
my game won't load... It worked this morning but after it stays frozen on the titlescreen. I've tried deleting and downloading again, but didn't change anything. Anyone else having this issue?

Can't connect to the web store
