I'd be interested to hear whether anyone has actually been refunded yet. I'm on my fourth attempt at support tickets. I've had support staff promise to pass the issue on (which they did not do). I've had them tell me to log the ticket from the game, which didn't work. I've had support email me to the email on my account, to ask me to confirm the email address on the account. I've explained four times exactly what purchases were made, and sent screenshots, and am still being asked "how many crystals did you spend?".
For an incident that EA swears was not intentional, they don't seem to be in any rush to resolve, hence I'm asking whether anyone has actually been refunded yet? Sure - it was our fault - but its like someone changing the parking restrictions overnight with a single sign on a 12 foot pole, then issuing everyone with a ticket because the place they parked for the last four years is suddnely not allowed.
Not cool, EA - not cool.
