- GladOS-0137 years agoHero (Retired)Death Troopers have a special ability called "Terminate" which includes the following information:
"Targets defeated by Terminate can't be revived."
So if they used that skill to kill any of your team, Vandor Chewie's revive ability will not be able to revive that dead character.
It's hard to tell when the battle is moving quickly whether they used the basic attack or terminate, unfortunately. It's not to do with the buffs, Deathtrooper's "terminate" attack prevents revives. They must have used that against Nest, and their basic against Han.
Also, that is your player ID not your ally code you have posted. For security purposes I recommend editing or deleting it from your report.
Whoa... it been one of those days gonna be one of those months, decided to kick the habit and it is hard to focus. Fixed my code.
As to the issue, for some reason I thought terminate only kept revives from happening if the toon had deathmark applied and since no one had died previously I didn't investigate that as a possibility. However, a close read of of the skill description does indeed remove deathmark from the calculation, thought I could have swore that in the past deathmark was required to block revives. Not enough circumstantial evidence to claim Mendela but this has raised an eyebrow.
