Having the same issue. I've opened a ticket months ago, but it was abandoned after a few days of troubleshooting. I've done all the basic steps, logging out, changing password, incognito mode. I was told it is not possible to unlink account, hoping to unlink and trying to link account again would fix the problem.

I'm having the exact same problem.
