Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes on PC

Update: The issue still persists after updating EA App and repairing the game. The PC client now gets stuck at 83 MB out of 106 MB. The game also gets stuck after the second tutorial battle on my iPhone when using the same Wi-Fi network.

The PC Player.log contains these errors:

  • Curl error 35: Handshake failed. UnityTls error code: 7
  • HTTPRequest not Finished, State: {ConnectionTimedOut}

I checked Windows date and time, confirmed that the system proxy is disabled, and closed VPN Proxy Master. None of these steps resolved the issue.

Could you investigate whether this is related to a game resource download or a server connection problem?
