No online game has a guaranteed 100% uptime. When things are working fine (which is 99% of the time), no one gets any praise. But the second something goes wrong, it's the end of the world and everything is horrible.
Have some grace for the IT guys working on this. The game isn't dead, it's just a server issue that will be resolved.

We’re talking about persistent, MONTHS-LONG broken mechanics, buggy updates, and thousands of dollars wasted, all while the developers completely ignore the mountain of complaints. I’m not exaggerating—check the forums: thousands of posts, endless threads, and still zero adequate response from anyone at the studio.
Your “it’s not the end of the world” nonsense is exactly the kind of blind fanboy excuse that lets this continue. Stop gaslighting people who are reporting legitimate issues. Stop pretending that years of negligence and broken gameplay are somehow just “server issues.” The game is in a serious state of decline, and the only people defending it blindly are the ones too invested to admit it.
So yes: the game is suffering. The developers are failing. And defending them in the face of mountains of evidence makes you look like a complete joke. Grow up, read the forums, and stop parroting nonsense.

First of all, it’s their job to keep the game up 100% of the time, if it’s down then they are by definition failing at the job. Second, saying that the game is “working fine 99% of the time” is inaccurate. The multitude of bugs and problems for everyone coupled with the ongoing login issues for some people make that statement seem silly.

Sure, it's a mobile game and login issues to play a mobile game is 1st world problems. However, I side with the OP here, let's see:
-Naboo raid bugged almost until its phased out
-Order 66 bad batch no mark issue.
-New teams and events released that seem untested because it's broken. Not to mention the numerous bugs and issues with character abilities, events, logins, purchases and lag issues.
There's a long list, but the issues are not the actual complaint as all software has bugs and issues. The complaint is the lack of responsiveness, communication, the prioritization and taking an extreme long time to address these issues.
As someone who spends regularly (not whale) it's frustrating, like many others my income and time is valuable, so no different than Netflix, SiriusXM, Internet etc when you pay for something you expect it to work as intended and when problems occur they get the necessary attention it needs. As a customer for SWGOH I don't believe that's what we are getting. With this current issue I'm gonna miss fleet payout on 2 accts, 400 crystals each, conquest progress and rewards, finishing raid attempts etc, this time lost all equates to game progress lost. Once they do resolve the issue, will we be compensated? Maybe will it be 200 crystals and 3 CWC shards? probably, and that hardly makes up for what's missed. I truly enjoy the game, I just wished we had a better team behind the scenes making things happen.

Fine, let it be. This is exactly why devs treat the very players who brought them revenue like garbage—they’ve allowed themselves to get to this point. They should be thanking their customers, not the other way around. I’ll find another game, no problem. I’m already fed up and have stopped spending a single cent on this one, even after being a devoted player since launch, with three accounts and my main account over 14M GP.
But that’s it—I’m done. If those who’ve served a lifetime continue to serve with their tongues out, so be it. That’s why companies treat their players like slaves and nothing else. You reap what you sow. When I had something to say, I said it loud and clear, with my blood in my veins!

Im sorry you feel like this. But its just a game, take a time off, or leave for good. I took a full year off and came back. If this game is making you stressed and unhappy, put it away. Game and any hobbies should make you feel good and happy. If its not doing this anymore, put it away, or take a different view on this. Its not life, its not a loved one, its not a trip, not even a day out. Its just a mobile game. Hope you will feel better soon. Good vibes
